In 2019, the platform became part of Zucchetti, the leading Italian group in the offering of software, hardware and IT services for businesses and professionals. With this operation, carried out in record time just 15 months after the launch, Zucchetti now holds 51% of the company.
In 2019 joined ClubDealOnline.com, an Equity Crowdfunding portal that connects growth-ready entrepreneurs (Startup and SME) with investors (HNWI) seeking alternatives to conventional equity investments.

In 2021, he invested in Startup Bakery, the Italian startup studio dedicated to creating B2B SaaS companies characterized by a strong Artificial Intelligence component and oriented towards sustainability and the achievement of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), the sustainable development goals promoted by the United Nations Organization.
Since Startup Bakery was founded in February 2020, it has contributed to the creation of different startups. Veterly.com, Condeo.com, Sencare.io are based on the SaaS approach.
