About me


With over 25 years of experience in retail and e-commerce, Marcello Messina is a seasoned leader and a visionary strategist who helps companies achieve their objectives through digital channels, e-commerce, and CRM tools. 


He is currently the Worldwide Head of Global E-Business Director at TOD'S, a global luxury brand with presence in 38 countries.


In this role, he is responsible for defining and executing the overall e-business strategy to drive online and direct business revenues, managing the full P&L, and overseeing the e-commerce and online business team. 


He is also an active angel investor and an equity partner at iStarter (Club Deal Online), one of the top European angel-led accelerators, where he supports and mentors emerging innovators in scaling up internationally. 


Additionally, he is an author of several publications on Customer Relationship Management and e-commerce, and a recognized expert in ecommerce,  omnichannel retail, digital marketing, and customer experience.
